01 / The way I work

In-depth analysis. Targeted strategies.

I start with the individual, pair, group, team or club: their goals, strengths, challenges and the context they work in. Physical, technical and mental factors all matter, alongside personality, communication and the demands around them. Understanding these helps identify priorities and build a tailored strategy.

Read more about my approachShow less

Performance analysis connects what happens with why it happens. I combine observation, dialogue and relevant testing with physics and biomechanics where they are useful, then identify what to work on next and how to support progress towards your goals.

I bring 20+ years of combined experience as an elite athlete, coach, educator and physical performance specialist. Mental coaching is also a core specialism, alongside technical analysis and physical preparation.
